Transform your kitchen with the warm, inviting glow of Lightkiwi's most popular under cabinet lighting kit. The E7574 Standard Kit includes four 12-inch modular LED panels in warm white (3000K) — the closest match to the soft halogen lighting most kitchens were designed around. At only 0.35 inches thin, the panels sit flush under your cabinets and disappear from view, leaving nothing but clean, even light across your countertop.

Everything you need is in the box. No separate purchases, no
guesswork. Plug into any standard 110V outlet and you're done.

  • Only 0.35 inch / 9 mm thick (60 percent thinner than the standard under cabinet lighting*).
  • Sturdy aluminum body. One of the best in the market for its exceptional durability.
  • Simple plug-in installation. For most of the cases, the only tool you will need is a screwdriver for the mounting bracket.
  • Bright 1120 lumen (about 20 percent brighter than most under cabinet lighting available in the market).
  • Each individual has a bright 42 LED (Epistar 3528).
  • It only consumes 12-watt maximum. Saves at least 80 percent on energy.
  • 24 voltage offers highly energy-efficient, minimum heat contribution, longer life span, and safer.
  • The light distributes in a 90-degree beam angle to optimize & maximize lighting under the cabinet.
  • Easily control the brightness to the desired level using the inline dimmer switch.
  • To ensure maximize the safety, Modular LED Light Panel & Power Supply have been certified by UL.

Why Warm White?

Warm white (3000K) produces a soft, golden-white light that feels natural and inviting — similar to traditional halogen under cabinet lighting but far more energy efficient. It's the go-to choice for:

- Traditional and transitional kitchens where warmth and
ambiance matter as much as brightness
- Dining and entertaining areas where a cozy atmosphere sets the mood
- Residential kitchens — warm white is the most popular choice for home installations
- Any space where you spend time relaxing — the softer tone is easier on the eyes than cool white

If you prefer a brighter, crisper light for task work or a modern kitchen aesthetic, see the [Cool White version (X8402)](https://www.lightkiwi.com/products/x8402-12-inch-cool-white-led-under-cabinet-lighting-4-panel-kit).

Hardwire Installation
If you plan to use a wall dimmer switch, you need to do the hardwire installation with a dimmable transformer, instead of the included power supply which plugs into a wall outlet, due to the voltage difference between the wall dimmer switch (110V) and LED light panel (24V). The inline dimmer switch (24V) is incompatible with a dimmable transformer.

If not used with a wall dimmer switch, a plug-in power supply (except a wall mount power supply) can be used to do the hardwire installation, but if a dimmer switch is needed, a 24V dimmer switch is required. You would need to splice the power plug from the power cord and connect it to the power source with a junction box or something similar. The wall dimmer switch (110V) is incompatible with the plug-in power supply.

Power Supply Start-Up time
Depends on the wattage of the power supply, the start-up time may differ.  Please use matched wattage of power supplies for the best result.

Can I Expand Later?

Yes. Lightkiwi's modular system lets you add panels at any time. Connect additional panels with interconnect cables, and upgrade to a higher-wattage power supply if needed. The 12W power supply included in this kit supports up to 4 panels. Upgrade to the 24W supply for up to 8 panels, or the 36W supply for up to 12 panels.

Hardwire Installation

This kit is designed for plug-in installation. If you want to control the lights with a standard 110V wall dimmer switch, hardwire installation with a dimmable transformer is required — the included inline dimmer switch (24V) is not compatible with
a wall dimmer. See our [Hardwire Kits](https://www.lightkiwi.com/collections/hardwire-kitsfor a complete cord-free solution.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many panels does this kit cover?
Four 12-inch panels, covering approximately 4 feet of cabinet space. Each panel is 11.75 inches long. For longer runs, add panels using interconnect cables and a higher-wattage power supply.

Is this kit dimmable?
Yes. The included inline dimmer switch lets you adjust brightness from 0–100%. For wall switch dimming, see our Hardwire Kit with dimmable transformer.

What is the difference between warm white and cool white?
Warm white (3000K) is soft and golden — best for traditional kitchens, dining areas, and spaces where ambiance matters. Cool white (6000K) is bright and crisp — best for task work, modern kitchens, and utility spaces. Warm white is the more popular
choice for residential kitchens.

Can I use this above a stove or sink?
The panels are not rated for wet or damp locations. Avoid installing directly above a sink where steam or water splashing is likely. Above a stove is generally fine as long as the panels are not exposed to direct heat or grease buildup — keep them clean and ensure adequate ventilation.

Can I control these with a smart home system?
Yes. Add the Lightkiwi [Wi-Fi Smart Controller (https://www.lightkiwi.com/products/lightkiwi-n7180-wi-fi-smart-controllerfor Alexa and Google Home compatibility — control brightness and on/off scheduling from your phone or voice commands. For wireless dial remote control without smart home, see the [Wireless Dimmer Switch](https://www.lightkiwi.com/products/lightkiwi-j4070-wireless-dimmer-switch).

Is the dimmer switch durable?
Yes. The dimmer switch has been redesigned for improved durability. If you experience any issue, contact us — we'll replace it free of charge.

How do I mount the panels?
Use the included mounting brackets and screws for a permanent install, or use double-sided tape (not included) for a tool-free temporary mount. Most installs take 30–60 minutes with a screwdriver.

Can I use this kit in a bathroom?
The panels are not rated for wet locations. For dry areas of a bathroom — above a vanity mirror away from the shower or tub — installation is generally fine. Avoid any area where the panels could be exposed to direct moisture or steam.
