Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Part of the kit products cannot be returned for a refund. For a refund, all components of the kit product must be returned.
If the product has been altered, modified, water/liquid damaged, or physically damaged, it voids its warranty and is not eligible for refund/replacement.
Except for the build-your-own kit, part of the kit products cannot be returned for a refund. For a refund, all components of the kit product must be returned.
Should you return your item(s), you must also return any items given to you for free. Should you choose not to, your refund amount will be lessened by the value of the gift you chose to keep.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items for a refund. This fee applies unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
A restocking fee may vary in situations that do not comply with the policy.
Replacement (Defective or Received Wrong Product)
If the report of receiving a wrong item(s) or the defect is reported within 30 days, we will issue a return label via email. We will send out the replacement as soon as we receive the returned package.
If the report of receiving a wrong product(s) or the defect is reported after 30 days, we are not responsible for return shipping cost. The customer will be required to ship the item back at their expense.
Replacement is only valid for the same product and replacement with a different product is not valid.
Our Warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.
Warranty Periods
- The period of warranty shall start from the date of delivery of the order.
- A copy of the invoice is required for warranty repairs or replacement.
- All product specifications are subject to change without notice.
Warranty guarantees that the product(s) will be free from defects in material and workmanship when installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the applicable codes and regulations, the instructions provided and the "normal use" conditions.

Limitations and Conditions
- Warranty does not apply to any products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), accident, vandalism, improper installation, improper packaging of products returned to Seller, modification (including but not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments), or adjustment or repair by someone other than Seller.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to power surges, power spikes, or the application of voltages outside the acceptable range of voltages as defined in product specifications. Also, not covered is the application of DC (direct current) power when AC (alternating current) power is required (or vice versa), and the use of non-approved electronic transformers and dimmers.
- Warranty does not cover ‘Acts of God’ such as lightning, floods, hail, tornado, fire, earthquake, hurricanes, and other extreme weather events.
- Warranty does not cover water damage to the products that have been submerged in water, mounted in an incorrect orientation, improperly assembled, or been subject to excessive contact with water spray from irrigation nozzles or drainage flows.
- It is normal for natural brass finishes to patina, oxidize, and change colors. The coating may also be affected by physical factors resulting in damage to the coatings. These changes are not covered by warranty.
- These warranties extend only to the product ownership by the original purchaser and are void when the original purchaser ceases to own the product. These warranties are not transferable whether to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise.
- These warranties do not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired, or replaced product.
- If a product is covered under any of the foregoing warranties, such product will be replaced or repaired, or, at the Seller's sole option, the purchase price will be refunded.
- The foregoing warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties. Seller makes no representations or warranties except as expressly set forth herein. Seller expressly disclaims all other representations and warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any supplier or distributor of Seller that modifies or amends this limited warranty.
